OMG yes! We encourage all levels and everybody. We ask that you have an open mind and do your personal best. We mix the class with yoga and toning exercises- its the best of both worlds!

Visit the home screen or click this link (https://www.drypbysoha.com/#sign_up) and decide which membership is for you. We offer two types. On demand only & ondemand + live. We offer 8 live classes a week- typically mornings and evenings PST. You can check out our schedule (its almost always the same). You have unlimited access with both memberships.

 

Once the trial period is over, your card on file will get charged month to month. It is recurring and will automatically get charged each month. So you never have to worry about missing a class or the latest videos!

We offer 8 classes a week/32 a month. We offer morning and evening classes, you can see the current schedule under “Live Schedule”. We update the schedule every Sunday.

Yes, we are happy to have you. Go to “Live Schedule” and click the date you wish. If you dont have an account just add your email and you will be all set to purchase a drop in class. Go through the checkout process and the link will be emailed to you. Check your junk/spam mail.

No, but we highly encourage you to! This brings our community together and a little shout out never hurts 😉

Yes of course! You’ll have to cancel your account and rebook the new membership of your choice.

We would be sad if you did, but you can cancel anytime. Go to your account–purchases.
