Hello, I'm Soha.


I am so happy you are here. The first step towards any big shift is awareness. With awareness, we can become more mindful of how we are feeling and what we want to change so we can begin to figure out how we are actually going to make it happen. That’s where DRYP wellness comes in.

Growing up, I didn’t have the easiest time— I was different. I looked different and was a little overweight. I was constantly compared to others in my family and that feeling of “not good enough” lived with me through my teenage and young adult years.

I was always an active person, but never excelled or connected with any particular sport. In the 8th grade, I was diagnosed with scoliosis. It was aggressive: a 46-degree curvature in my thoracic spine which resulted in major surgery. Long story short, the road to recovery was long. I was put on high doses of painkillers to deal with the pain, but the doctors never told me about the come-down from my medication. I was depressed, sedentary, and lost the lust for life. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have a family that could help and talk me through the transition.

The silver lining (I believe there always is one) was that this experience had helped shape me into who I am today and define my purpose in life. I am a breath-work healer, yoga, barre, sculpt and pre/postnatal teacher, but most importantly— I am a real, authentic woman who also wants to live her best life. I believe wellness looks different for everyone and should be realistic for one’s lifestyle and specific to one’s needs. That is why I created Dryp Wellness. You will find that through mindful movement, integrative nutrition, and realistic & authentic support, we will get you realigned so you can tap back into your highest self.
